We started as a couple of developers who renovated old houses in San Francisco, ones that, with a lot of vision, love, and expert craftsmanship, could be turned into functional, comfortable, and beautiful homes that people enjoyed. As word of our work spread, we started getting requests for different kinds of services, from foundation repairs and kitchen remodels to—soon enough—custom home builds. And we get it: our customers’ homes are our most important assets, and they want the same level of care and diligence applied to any project in their home, big or small. So we teamed up with an engineer, architect, and interior designer, and established Prosper Construction Services in 2012 to make Bay Area residents feel right at home. In planning our remodeling projects, my husband and I reviewed bids from no fewer than eight different contractors -- a process that was time-consuming and, as first-time renovators, overwhelming. Prosper did an OUTSTANDING job communicating with me prior to and throughout our remodel, advising me on materials we could use as well as receiving quality communication throughout the process. He made sure everything was done correctly and to the specifications. The installation of the work is really well done and looks exactly as we had envisioned and designed. They were friendly, informative, punctual, and just outright amazing. I love my new bathroom it came out so beautiful! I highly recommend this professional, outstanding and reliable company.

Prosper Construction Development is a great company by far. They have some of the very best qualities and do a amazing job at what they do best. I have a family member that used Prosper Construction development to remodel there kitchen, bedroom, and living room, and I can honestly say that I am breath taking by the wonderful job they did. They had been looking for a company that can turn there home into a fabulous home then they had before, and Prosper Construction Development exceeded those expectations. They mentioned that everyone whom works at the company is great, especially Daniel whom helped them out alot during there quotes and remodeling structure until the finishing project was done.
I recently contacted them regarding a quote on remodeling my kitchen and they responded back to me very quickly and was very detailed in there response, explaining everything that they offer and all the services that they do as well. I must say that Prosper Construction development is a company that I recommend to anyone who needs something remodeled in there house. They will work with you on your structure giving you all the possible options that they offer as well. I hired Prosper Construction Development about six months ago to do a major extensive remodel and expansion after another company tried to rip us off.
They have been so wonderful to deal with. I told them what I wanted, and they made it happen.
Prosper , the company owner has a team of experts and navigated the way through a difficult and complex approval permit process and remodel. Their detail, perseverance, and patience of dealing with all the moving pieces throughout a process like this are second to none.
I am very happy that I went with them because they were knowledgeable, ethical, reliable, and truly cared about providing a quality job. Every time we experienced some bump, which is to be expected during a large renovation job, they always responded quickly and took responsibility to make sure that I ended up with a quality job. The personnel were extremely patient and very responsive. I worked with several different people. Prosper , Shai and Eden crew were all professional and pleasant.
